Onion Soup

Onion soup is the soul of a high vitamin C diet when pH isn't vitamin C friendly. If you have a hard time with the flavor, other ingredients may be added for seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups Steam Distilled Water or
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup, diluted as directed

Instructions

  1. Simmer onions in water or soup until they sink to the bottom of the pan.
  2. Drink, eat, or use as a base for other dishes.

Notes

It's amazing what a bowl of onion soup made this way can do if a cold is trying to take hold. Make up a batch and eat it all, say goodbye to that cold.
