I am a mother that has learned how to cook foods my family will eat. Enjoying your food is very important to overall health. Whether you eat healthy food or not it won’t matter if you don’t enjoy what you are eating. In your case, that food isn’t very healthy mentally or physically. Learn to cook the foods you don’t like in a way that makes it possible for you to like eating it.



Eating should be done for health, but eating should also be enjoyed. So, here’s to your health and your enjoyment of food!!
